In an effort to improve and streamline our
customer communications, Bridgeline will be consolidating our support ticketing systems for
our Hawksearch Customers at the end of December.
We are in the process of migrating data from the current platform to the new system, which will preserve historical cases as well as any active cases that are currently open.
Please note that there will be no disruption in service or communications. You can continue to open a support ticket by simply emailing us at: firstname.lastname@example.org
Once we cut over to the new system, we will notify you so you can create a login within the new customer support portal to view details and statuses of any open and historical cases.
Although we do not expect any major disruptions due to this change, we do appreciate your patience in this transition as we work to improve our systems of communication.
