Our New Support Center          

In an effort to improve our customer communications, Bridgeline has created this new customer support center and ticketing system starting Monday, January 11th, 2020 .


You must  create a new account  to use this new Support Center for submitting tickets and viewing the current status of your cases.  Please be sure you register with the  same email address you had used on the previous platform ('The Pulse') to make sure you can access your historical cases. The search will only work for users that are registered and signed in.


We have migrated historical cases from our old platform to this new system which will help to preserve information about any historical resolved  tickets  in addition to cases that are currently open. 

PLEASE NOTE: For any currently open cases, if you reply to an existing thread of previous emails from the old system, it will create a ‘new case’(which will trigger a "new case email") as the new system will not be able to recognize the old case number. Our support agents will be responsible for merging the new case to the existing case manually and continue to work on the case.

Although we do not expect any major disruptions due to this change, we appreciate your patience in this transition while we work to improve our systems of communication.
